"This position is responsible for functional administration of the VCCS' PeopleSoft financials system along with related middleware and interfacing systems. This individual will work as part of the fiscal support team, along with IT support teams, to ensure the system is functioning properly.

Duties include maintenance of chart of accounts segment values and other value sets; configuration maintenance and updates; initial troubleshooting of system issues; and maintenance and updates to security related configuration. This position will lead the review and implementation of regular maintenance packs from Oracle and work with the fiscal services team on choices of optional functionality and the impact of changes."

Minimum Qualifications

The candidate must show knowledge of and/or experience with functional system administration and maintenance; knowledge of and/or experience with system interfaces/integrations; ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; ability to analyze and solve problems; experience with customer service; attention to detail (which must be demonstrated in the candidate's application and accompanying documents.)

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience; experience with Oracle PeopleSoft financials and/or the Commonwealth's Cardinal system (PeopleSoft); experience in the performance of high level, end user system support services, preferably as a lead individual in the development and installation of computerized systems; and a combination of relevant education and experience that provide the required level of knowledge, skills and ability to successfully perform the functions of the job requirements.

Job Title: Electrical Specialist - Automated Assembly Location: Richmond, VA What we are looking for: We are looking for an Electrical Specialist - Automated Assembly who will be responsible for performing electrical work and installations on refrigeration cases and/or partial sub-assemblies in the prescribed time and to specified quality standards. Essential Competencies: * Reads and understands work orders, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics to determine required materials and assemble jobs to stated specifications. * Run wiring, cables, and conduit in accordance with recognized electrical standards (UL471, NEMA, NEC, etc). * Attach ends of wires to components, plugs, or terminal strips, using crimping devices. * Wraps and ties wires together in accordance with standard work instructions. * Assemble / install electrical controls on structural surfaces. * Create controller assembly documentation. * Works closely with engineering resources to resolve any design incompatibilities. * Ensure electrical enclosure meets bill of material requirements. * Performs appropriate preventive maintenance on equipment and tooling. * Maintain work area in clean, safe and organized manner. Minimum Quantifiable Competencies: * HS Diploma/GED * Minimum one years experience performing electrical work (electrician's apprentice, wiring, installing fire/security alarms, etc). Preferred Competencies: * Able to understand and interpret basic electric circuitry. * Demonstrated ability to read instructions and wiring diagrams. * Experience using electrical test equipment (ex: meters, etc.) * Experience using hand and power tools related to the electrical field, (ex: cordless drill, screwdriver, crimpers, etc). * Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
