The Business Manager's primary responsibility is to support regional leadership with planning, budget, performance reporting and identifying deficiencies in execution and reporting. The business manager will work with respective planning organizations as well as local station leadership to determine solutions. In addition, the business manager acts as a mediator between Corporate Support Center groups and local station leadership when a disconnect between both parties cannot be resolved. The business manager oversees key station metrics in their region such as; operational performance, MBR, BEAT, financial, safety and employee engagement initiatives.
The business manager will also conduct strategic station visits, regularly participate in on-site leadership meetings and support new station, seasonal station opening and closings.
Act as a liaison between local station leadership and Corporate Support Center groups.
Asses and measure operating and financial performance against goals. Work with local station leadership, CSC leadership, Regional Directors & MD to correct issues.
Create performance reports to assess/assist with operational, financial or staffing related needs.
Identify staffing needs & work with Corporate Support Center groups to ensure local stations are staffed for success.
Assist local stations with staffing models/analysis & shift-bids. Identify issues/concerns and raise to appropriate levels for approval/resolution."
Assist Regional Director & MD with projects (i.e. facility, signage.) as well as general planning.
Conduct personnel/non-personnel budget & staffing reviews with local stations, Finance, Regional Directors & MD
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, PMP certification or similar, 5+ equivalent work experience.
2-4 years relevant professional work experience
2+ years' experience in Airport Operations leadership
One year line station experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Strong analytical, skills
Aptitude in measurement, assessment, and evaluation
Ability to build and maintain long distance relationships across broad cultures,
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Tibco and Spotfire
Must be willing to work non-standard business hours to accommodate international working hours and business needs.
Travel up to 25% (International Travel Required)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Proficiency in other BI tools
Experience in presenting to large audiences
Experience in Branding and Marketing
International line station experience
