Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED. Three years of experience in public contact, handling complaints, collections, auditing, and/or data processing or related experience are required.

Completion of college coursework may substitute for the required work experience on a year-for-year basis. Applicants qualifying for employment with the Miami-Dade Aviation Department will be subject to extensive security screening, including but not limited to fingerprint checks, employment verification and such other procedures as may be mandated by federal law. The security clearance required by the federal law is a continuing condition of employment.

Recruitment Notes

This position is responsible for initiating, processing and maintaining accurate data, documentation and collection fees for ground transportation permits and renewals. Ensures compliance with departmental policies and various other administrative functions related to ground transportation permits and employee parking decals.
