Specific Functions/Activities Summary

  • Works within MSG Aviation to maintain a culture of safety with efficient procedures that support customer service.

  • Under the direction of an Lead Crew Chief, performs general maintenance activities on company owned and operated aircraft.

  • Ensures that their assigned maintenance task and documentation are completed as per the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).

  • Becomes qualified and participates in all aircraft towing.

  • Assists the maintenance department and flight crews with aircraft departures/arrivals including loading catering and luggage, emptying the cabin and restoring it to flight ready condition upon the aircraft's return.

  • Moves and parks passenger vehicles.

  • Assists with aircraft cleaning.

  • Assists with maintenance and repair of all aircraft support equipment.

  • Assists with hangar deliveries such as FedEx, aircraft parts and water.

  • Responsible for hangar and hangar floor cleanliness.

  • Assist with snow and ice removal in winter operations.

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned by the aircraft Crew Chiefs.


  • Must possess a current Airframe and Power Plant License.

  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must have valid driver's license, ability to obtain an airport access badge and pass airport driving test.

  • Qualified to perform A/C towing and movement operations.

EducationCandidates who have completed 60 credits of college-level coursework (representing 2 years), or have shown similar self-development through certifications, trade school coursework, etc. are preferred. ICF—together for tomorrow. ICF is seeking a Senior Leader to develop and serve clients in our Aircraft Finance Practice. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of ICF's aircraft investment advisory services including support for asset-backed securitizations (ABS), aircraft lease portfolio analysis and M&A in the leasing space. The position will be responsible for expanding sales with ICF's current aircraft finance clients and identifying new opportunities in aviation investment advisory. This will include identifying and prioritizing target accounts, collecting competitive intelligence, and supporting capture and proposal processes. Of key importance will be maintaining extensive personal relationships with current and future clients. Previous experience with the financial and technical aspects of commercial aircraft leasing, deal structuring and transaction advisory is required. What would you do? Consulting Delivery: * Develop client commercial strategies and manage their implementation, including maintenance cash flow forecasts for ABS structures and portfolio acquisition/sale, as well as tangible and intangible asset appraisals; * Participate and lead teams on investment advisory and due diligence assignments, synthesizing and communicating recommendations and insights both internally and externally; * Leverage existing client relationships with manufacturers, airlines, leasing companies, and lenders to augment ICF business development activities and provide solutions; * Form new business relationships with industry stakeholders to grow ICF's Aviation business; * Structure and manage assignments, including outlining and drafting key deliverables defining analyses, directing consultants and taking responsibility for final work product; * Lead the development of new and further development of existing financial models used to assist investors or lessors in assessing deals or pricing analysis for aircraft lease or sales transactions, in addition to creating bespoke financial models if required; * Work closely with other senior level staff to support new business development initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance existing client relationships; * Deliver qualified consulting/advisory leads and lead sales efforts on key identified leads; structure and draft proposals, including written materials, pricing and presentations. * Oversee and manage the New York office and a team of mid- and junior-level consultants to ensure deliverables are completed on time and of the highest quality. What are we looking for? Required Qualifications: * 15+ years demonstrated expertise in commercial aircraft finance and/or leasing * Bachelor's Degree in an Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering or Aerospace Engineering; * Hands-on experience in aircraft transaction finance and lease transaction analysis * Deep understanding of aircraft and engine maintenance cash-flow mechanisms and other provisions related to maintenance exposure found in lease transactions * Experience in external-facing roles at airlines, lessors and manufacturers is a plus * Financial modeling expertise with aircraft financing and leasing knowledge is a plus * Experience with quantitative model development, financial model development and analysis, and general relational database management systems * Demonstrated ability to manage and develop junior/mid-level staff members with strong interpersonal relationship building skills * Management experience in a team-oriented workplace preferred. * Ability to travel (25-50%) Preferred Qualifications: * ISTAT appraiser certification Location: New York (Midtown) New York, NY (NY18) ICF International, Inc New York NY
