Performs scheduled inspections and assists in performing special inspections. Removes and installs aircraft subsystem assemblies and components such as engines, rotors, transmissions, mechanical flight controls and their components
Performs limited maintenance operational checks and diagnoses and troubleshoots aircraft systems using special tools and test equipment as required
Perform preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance
Must be able to jack and tow aircraft
Must be capable of qualifying to perform Hazardous Flight duties as Crewmembers/Non-Crewmembers and meet the qualifications established in AR 95-20.

High School Diploma or equivalent
Army experience in rotary wing flight line and organizational/intermediate level maintenance
Army MOS 15T graduate and or equivalent training required
Must have 4 years direct experience in aircraft maintenance
Reset or Depot experience preferred
Must be a US Citizen
Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Must be able to distinguish color and judge three-dimensional depth.
May be required to operate power vehicles, machinery, hand tools, ground support equipment, fork lift, APU, etc.
