Air To Ground Services, a company that provides detailed cleaning services and cleaning programs to the aviation industry, including mobile pressure washing, retail sales of power washers, parts, accessories, and chemicals is seeking an Aircraft Cleaner-Team Lead in our Indianapolis division.

Aircraft Cleaner-Team Leads' main function is to ensure the daily operations are carried out as directed by management.

The Air Craft Cleaner-Team Lead is responsible for the oversight of a variety of processes involved in both the interior and exterior cleaning of cargo aircraft, including remove dirt/ dust/ debris from instrument area in cockpit and carpets, discard any trash, wiping down visors, seats, door handles, walls, and flat surfaces. Aircraft Cleaners-Team Lead need to have a keen interest working with heavy equipment while focusing on quality.

Air To Ground Services offers full benefit package and 401k. This position pays $15 per hour.


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Drivers license
  • Previous team lead experience
  • Ability to work outdoors in any weather condition
  • Heavy equipment experience preferred
  • Work schedule:
    • Monday-Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
  • Ability to pass a DOT drug screen
  • Must be able to pass a Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)

The Lead Aircraft Technician role is responsible for supervising, mentoring and leading a group of technicians during troubleshooting, inspecting, repairing, modifying, and updating aircraft systems, primarily fuel tanks. This position would ensure all procedures and documentation performed by self and crew met all FAA and customer regulations. Responsibilities Familiar with the methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment and tools used to perform the assigned fuel tank maintenance, preventive maintenance and alteration tasks (see, 14 CFR m- 145.153(a)) Certificate under part 65 (see, 14 CFR - 145.153(b)(1)).Ensure continuity of maintenance, that maintenance is properly documented and turned over in case of shift change or reassignment. Ensure confined space entry procedures are carried out and monitored. Ensure appropriate equipment, tools, and maintenance data are utilized. Ensure personnel have appropriate experience, knowledge, or training prior to assigning maintenance, preventive maintenance or alteration tasks. Supervise and train those employees unfamiliar with maintenance practices or techniques. Train, assist and supervise technicians in proper work procedures and practices. Be available for consultation and advice of maintenance being performed. Ensure only qualified mechanics sign for work performed. Ensure maintenance records are appropriately completed. Verify that work is performed in accordance with the applicable technical data. Ensure OJT is documented and forward to Training. Maintain work area, shop area clean and orderly. Ensure proper handling of parts during maintenance and following completion. Ensure the completion of customer requirements on parts supplied by customer. Ensure all tags and forms applicable to maintenance performed are properly attached and filled out. The work demands flexible schedule and the ability to fit into small areas and work in confined spaces. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with 5 plus years of related experience. Post high school coursework or professional certification preferred. Required - 3+ years of experience in aircraft fuel tank maintenance Preferred - FAA A&P License Reports to the assigned Supervisor or Facility Manager. Employee with FAA A/P license (contingent upon Facility requirements). Minimum of 3 calendar years of aircraft fuel tank maintenance experience. Able to teach other technicians, must be able to complete all aircraft related and required paper work.
