Raytheon's Intelligence, Information, and Services (IIS) is seeking a Program Manager within the Airborne Solutions program area. The successful candidate will provide oversight to ensure adherence to program schedules, costs, milestones and technical performance, prepare corrective action plans, and coordinate proposal preparation. The Program Manager will be accountable for achieving all internal financial goals, supporting process improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance to all applicable policies and procedures. The Program Manager will work closely with aviation customers across all service areas to ensure programmatic concerns are addressed in a timely manner and foster a strong working relationship.
Six years of prior relevant experience.
A bachelor's degree or eight (8) years of additional experience in lieu of degree.
Basic knowledge of program management practices including scheduling (MS Project), earned value management systems (EVMS), financial systems and program control, risk and opportunity (R&O) management.
Demonstrated innovative 'out of the box' thinking to support business objectives.
Quick learner with clear drive to understand new technologies, capabilities, and customers.
Effective oral, written, listening and computer skills to develop and present briefings.
Sound ethical values built upon trust, respect and 'doing the right thing'.
Ability to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance at a minimum.
Prior DoD customer experience.
Project management experience.
Prior experience successfully leading a cross-functional team of diverse individuals to a common business objective.
Experience working with and leading multiple subcontractors while executing tasking.
Raytheon Earned Value Management Certified.
This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
