The ORMC Air Care Team seeks to hire a Air Care Communications Center Supervisor that will coordinate all requests for service for the Air Care Team (ACT), the hospital's air ambulance helicopter and the Emergency Transfer Center.
Answers and coordinates all requests for service.
Coordinates all air medical communications and traffic for the ORMC and APH helipads.
Facilitates all requests for physician acceptance to Orlando Health facilities via the Emergency Transfer Center.
Answers a high volume of calls accurately and professionally.
Records pertinent information accurately and grammatically correct.
Operates specialized computer system for rapid entry and processing of all requests for air medical service.
