Job Description: Wilson Medical Center
Under the general supervision of the Food and Nutrition Services Manager and direct supervision of the Food and Nutrition Services Coordinator and according to established policies and procedures, is responsible for performing a variety of routine dietary functions. Performs other duties of the department as required.
service experience preferred.
Food safety and kitchen sanitation training preferred.
Previous training with commercial dishwasher operations, tray-line
assembly and 3-sink dishware cleaning method preferred.
