About GenScript ProBio

GenScript ProBio is the subsidiary of GenScript Biotech Corporation, proactively providing end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. GenScript ProBio's total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. In terms of plasmid service, GenScript ProBio supports the most clinical approvals for CGT drugs including mRNA vaccines, CAR-T in China. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Engineer to drive the adoption of AI and automation solutions within our company. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with different departments to understand business procedures, identify pain points, and leverage AI best practices to enhance end-user effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with various departments to understand business procedures and identify opportunities for AI and automation solutions.

• Deploy AI/ML models into production, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance within our software framework.

• Maintain and monitor AI/ML solutions, addressing operational challenges to ensure uninterrupted service.

• Collaborate with software development teams to integrate AI/ML solutions effectively, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility.

• Implement MLOps practices to streamline deployment, maintenance, and scaling processes of AI/ML solutions.

• Continuously evaluate and improve AI/ML operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for deploying and managing AI/ML solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in AI/ML, or equivalent experience.

• Strong background in deploying and managing AI/ML models in a production environment, with a thorough understanding of MLOps principles.

• Experience with cloud computing services, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficiency in programming languages and tools used in AI/ML development and deployment, such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with software development teams and other stakeholders.

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and reliability in AI/ML operations.
