AI / ML Software Quality Assurance Engineer - Mid Level

AI / ML SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST – Mid Level 6 MONTH CONTRACT HYBRID- WASHINGTON DC W2 OR C2C OK ALTA IT Services has a 6-month contract opening for a mid-level Software Quality Assurance Analyst with AI and/or ML fundamentals to support a leading health insurance customer. This is a hybrid position with periodic meetings in Washington DC.

Candidates must reside in the local DMV area. RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct deep technical analysis/testing of release in the plan to conduct validation and verification of the entire application. Participate in Business Requirements reviews and work with systems analysts/developers to fully test application changes.

Understand the functional specification and scope of releases to design robust testing harnesses to ensure quality delivery. Write complex SQL queries for retrieval of required from a multi-database environment. (Strong knowledge of Oracle database required). The Salesforce QA Engineer will apply expert systems analysis and design techniques to complex enterprise systems. They will have a broad knowledge of data sources/flow, interactions of complex systems, and capabilities/limitations of systems software and computer equipment.

Work closely with the Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand product specifics and to create corresponding test strategies. Execute manual testing on frontend (UI) and backend (API) systems. Develop and maintain testing suites for a large-scale Salesforce environment.

This position would be responsible for front-end and back-end testing for applications based on the Salesforce platform. REQUIREMENTS: Detailed knowledge of Salesforce applications and ML applications. 3 years of relevant testing experience with a strong background in Software QA Cloud technologies and/or 3 years of experience with Salesforce preferred. 2 years of relational database experience including generating complex queries, setting up database connections, and automating query processing. Experience in automated and manual testing in a Cloud environment, particularly for AI/ML applications. (Python coding, data science, modeling skills would be ideal). 1 years of experience with BDD/ Selenium and any automation tools.

Experience using and sharing knowledge of Agile team collaboration and requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence). Excellent written and oral communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Strong aptitude to learn and adapt to technology. Any Salesforce certification would be a plus.

Bachelor’s degree. Technical degree required. HOURLY RATE: $48/hr.
