We are currently seeking an experienced Design Technology Specialist with a specialization in A.I. Research and Implementation, focusing on A.I. tools and methodologies within the AEC industry. This role is essential in leading the implementation of our A.I. Technology Strategy across the firm. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a design firm, demonstrating expertise and leadership in the field of architecture with a focus on A.I. tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a dedicated member of the Design Technology team, contributing to the firm-wide implementation of our Design Technology Strategy.

  • Specialize in A.I. tools and methodologies, including image generation, large language models (LLMs), and other A.I. technologies.

  • Partner with business operations groups such as Marketing, HR, and Accounting to identify and implement the best A.I. tools and workflows to enhance their daily tasks.

  • Exhibit leadership in A.I. tool management and support for the firm's diverse projects.

  • Formulate and enforce A.I. standards and practices, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve A.I. application issues.

  • Conduct A.I. application training sessions and support for the firm's staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in a significant A.I.-focused leadership role within an architectural environment.

  • Bachelors degree in architecture or a related field from an accredited university.

  • Deep understanding and professional application of A.I. tools, including image generation, large language models (LLMs), and other A.I. technologies.

  • History of collaborative project management involving A.I. tool integration with multiple design teams and offices.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
