Agronomy Billing Supervisor

AGRILAND FS is looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Agronomy Billing Supervisor in Winterset, Iowa. This individual will understand and ensure timely and accurate billing for all agronomy areas of AGRILAND FS.

Core Responsibilities: Provides leadership to location Administrative Assistants Serves as primary contact for agronomy billing questions Coordinates with Administrative Assistants to ensure timely and accurate billing Understands and supports billing procedures Assists in monitoring pricing and other metrics as needed Demonstrates knowledge of all programs and billing details and deadlines Updates administrative assistants and locations with information timely Follows up to understand any customer concern related to billing and or statement concerns Coordinates billing activities with other locations What we need from you: Work onsite in Winterset Iowa A two-year business administrative degree or equivalent work experience Excellent communication, cognitive flexibility, and time management skills Data entry experience with excellent attention to detail Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time Basic accounting and business skills Computer skills including demonstrated use in MS Excel and Word Ability to learn proprietary software Excellent customer service skills along with the ability to problem solve Must have valid driver's license with the ability to travel as necessary What we offer our team:
