• LJHS Agriculture Teacher
• 185 Day Contract

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must hold or be eligible for Indiana licensure to teach Agriculture for Grades 6-12
• Upon offer, candidate must complete and clear drug screen and expanded criminal history background check for school personnel as required by IN state law

Job Qualifications:

• Strong instructional skills and content area expertise

• Must be able to accommodate students with varying degrees of abilities

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• A successful candidate will be a collaborative team player with a passion for students, teaching, and learning with a strong desire to develop a comprehensive education program enriching our community

• Contract includes a comprehensive benefit package with health insurance (three plans options and LCSC Wellness Clinic), long-term disability & life insurance policies. Indiana Public Retirement System contributions fully paid, voluntary participation in tax annuity retirement program with either a pre-tax or post-tax contribution and with up to a 2.5% corporation match
