Drive New Business: Build and grow your own network by identifying new lending opportunities and fostering long-term relationships within the agricultural community. Collaborate and Innovate:

Work closely with our Credit Administration team to ensure loans are structured in a way that benefits both the customer and the bank, while maintaining compliance with regulations. Make a Difference: Conduct on-site visits to understand your customers’ operations, verify collateral, and ensure the success of existing credits.

Achieve Success: Meet sales and production goals while delivering exceptional customer service. What We’re Looking For:

A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Business or related field. At least 5 years of experience in agricultural lending or a related area (preferred). Strong financial analysis skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
