Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and Connect: Present and sell our range of premium ag equipment to both existing and potential clients.

• Expand Your Network: Identify new leads and referrals, building and nurturing strong client relationships.

• Achieve and Exceed: Meet and strive to exceed sales quotas, consistently pushing your limits.

• Customer Champion: Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.

• Sales Administration: Prepare all necessary paperwork for sales contracts and coordinate with our team to ensure seamless sales completion.

• Stay Informed: Develop comprehensive knowledge of our current and new inventory.

• Adapt and Thrive: Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support our team's success.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in ag or construction equipment sales, with a particular focus on hay baling equipment.

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

• A clean Motor Vehicle Record (current within 15 days) at the time of the job offer.

Job Type: Full-time

Education Required:

• Associate degree or higher.

Experience Required:

• 3+ years in outside sales.
• 3+ years in equipment sales or rental.
