Insurance Agency Commercial Producer Wanted (Agribusiness) in Memphis, TN:

Our client, a national broker dealer with its HQ in Dallas, TX seeks to build out an Agribusiness & Livestock Insurance unit in Memphis, TN. Will work with their existing Financial Risk Management team that targets the same vertical. The Financial Risk Management Unit currently offers derivative products to stabilize crop & livestock pricing to farms and ranches. Our client will leverage their existing client base to provide national opportunities to drive insurance opportunities.

• With Agribusiness Solutions Group (Financial Risk Management & Insurance Products)

• HQ - Dallas, TX

• Parent company employs over 5000 dedicated staff members.

Position Profile:

Our client is looking to add insurance solutions to its existing financial risk management portfolio that is sold to the agribusiness & livestock market (Growers/Farmers/Ranchers). With that goal in mind, we are looking to recruit proven CL Insurance Producers in this niche. Candidates will benefit from an established client list, where insurance products can be added to existing risk management solutions.

Compensation:

• Salary/Draw

• Aggressive Commission Splits

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of CL Ins Sales experience

• Niche expertise in Agribusiness & Livestock Insurance (i.e. MPCI, CRP)

• College Degree, P&C License

• Additional industry certifications are a plus (i.e., CPCU, ARM, CIC)

• Excellent communication skills
