Agile/Scrum Project ManagerH--1's/Subcontractors/OPT's will not be considered CAN BE FULLY REMOTE FROM ANYWHERE IN THE U.S.Guide the squad on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.Coach the team to learn and adopt agreed ways of working and reacting to potential challenges and questions.
Facilitate Scrum working sessions and ceremonies as required and agreed by the team.Guide/lead the team through the project delivery lifecycle, using Agile or Waterfall methodologies and frameworks, managing dependencies, raising, mitigating and communicating risks and issues.Communicate project status, decisions, timelines and risks to various levels as needed.Establish program/project governance structures as needed to deliver the project outcomes most efficiently and effectively.Manage project financials, including project budgets, forecasts, and spend for the project(s).Certification in scrum-methodologies (Scrum-Master and/or Product-Owner).Work experience in the Life Sciences / Pharma industry.Experience in Agile methodologies, validation & delivery.Experience in organizational change management preferred.Experience with tools like Smartsheet, Trello, JIRA.Experience with gSuite (gSheets, gSlides, gDocs, gDrive, gChat & hangouts, gSites, g+)Remarks:
5+ years experience required. BS or BA degree

Project Manager Project Manager leads development of genomics products that utilize Fluidigm's proprietary microfluidics technology; manages highly interdisciplinary matrix groups to develop hardware, software, applications, and consumables; and drives strategic alignment with overall business directions. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: List the 7-10 primary tasks or activities this job performs on an ongoing basis. * Accountable for all project deliverables• Drive creation and maintenance of project plan of record including: project scope, cost, and timeline• Responsible for leading project core teams to ensure project deliverables• Communicate project status to relevant project stakeholders including upper management• Facilitate new procurement and vendor setup Education and Experience: * Required: B.S. in biological/physical science or engineering.
