Agile Project Manager Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking an Agile Project Manager for an opportunity in St. Louis, MO.

This position is primarily responsible for gathering requirements, fulfilling business needs and staying on task, on time and on budget. The Project Manager will be the liaison between development and business teams, focused on managing budgets, scope, timelines and overseeing resources. In this position, a successful candidate will need to build and maintain positive and successful relationships with account executives, developers, company leaders and the organization as a whole. This role requires working with both technical and non-technical resources.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects within the organization with minimal oversight

Participate in project and pitch estimation sessions with the technical team

Work alongside the digital team to create timelines and budgets with internal and external clients, contractors and vendors

Record and monitor program/project budgets, costs and resource allocation

Translate business requirements into technical stories

Act as a day to day point of contact for business stakeholders

Provide data to team members that allows for the tracking of project performance

Monitor the successful completion of short and long-term goals

Work with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet requirements

Plan, organize and communicate project status and deliverables with stakeholders

Record time daily

Take on other tasks as needed for successful project completion

Some travel may be required (generally under 10%)

Requirements:

1-5 years of professional experience working as a project or program manager

Experience working with the Microsoft Office 365 suite

Experience gathering technical requirements from non-technical business users

Must be outgoing and able to communication thoughts and ideas effectively

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with the Atlassian suite, specifically Jira, Bitbucket and Confluence

Experience working in a fast-paced and agile environment

Understanding of development best practices, web development languages and development fundamentals

Proven experience managing a project from initial idea to completion

Proven ability to develop relationships with internal and external partners

Experience with Service Oriented Architecture technologies and/or implementations

Experience leading requirements gathering sessions

This position is knowledgeable in building systems and construction methods specifically in a health care environment. This position develops concepts and plans for facility growth or change in service as well as capital upkeep and replacement. The key role of this position is advisor to each individual facility managing director to assist in growth planning and implementation, as it relates to buildings and facility campus. This position has responsibility to oversee other Assistant PM and Regional PM as assigned to provide guidance on project decisions and regulatory interface. A Mentoring relationship will be required. Essential Job Duties Work closely with RVP, C-suite, RFM/DPO, FF&E and IT in the development of project scope and price. Differentiates between priority business needs and "nice-to-have?s" in order to assist in determining project priority and to resolve resource conflicts. Works closely with user groups to learn all aspects of user requirements in order to provide effective advice and recommendation. Ensure projects are completed on budget and schedule and that the projects incorporate the latest Behavioral Health/Acute best practices. Have the ability to manage multiple, large projects at one time with some supervision. Develop/engage project teams using a competitive RFP process. Assist in guiding project through local, State and Federal building restrictions and code compliance. Accurate budgeting, scheduling, logistics, ICRA, ILSM from conception through completion. Follow the CAR/PAC process for pre-validation, validation and request for full funding. Take a leadership role in finding new methods/approaches to help execute work faster and more efficiently. Challenge assumptions and bring new ideas to the table that could benefit the entire department in executing our role. Maintain a vendor ranking and ensure we reinforce success by re-engaging firms that perform excellent work and value the relationships in the system. Collecting historical cost and schedule data to utilize in predicting future cost and time to execute projects (send to corporate at projection completion). Ensure all parties on the project have executed a contract and have provided all the required insurances prior to commencing work. Ensure the highest ethical standards when dealing with our vendors. Ensure vendors compliant with the terms of the agreement and that the business terms agreed are fair to both the vendor. Use business term guidelines.
