Hybrid, Columbia, TN RATE: 55/hr Duration: Long Term Project Agile Project Manager: We are looking for an Agile Project Manager to join us to help our insurance client in Tennessee.

The ideal candidate needs to be a passionate and analytical technology professional who loves to build strong teams and lead them to deliver high quality products. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, and ensuring that project goals align with client objectives. • Plan, lead, organize, and motivate agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality. • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations. • Manage stakeholder communication and ensure effective project progress reporting. • Identify and remove impediments that obstruct team’s ability to achieve project goals. • Provide coaching and mentorship on agile best practices to team members. • Manage project risks and dependencies. • Ensure the project deliverables are on time, within budget, and at the required level of quality. QUALIFICATIONS: • 8 years of experience as a project manager handling multiple projects simultaneously. • 5 years of experience managing teams working in different time zones (e.g., US and India). • 3 years of experience working in insurance domain. • Must have bachelor's degree in business or computer science • Must have proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master in software development or technology projects • Must have strong knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Waterfall Methodology. • Must have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Must have ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Must have experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc.), Office365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. Please review the JD and share your profiles accordingly to charancollaboratesolutions.com/ joshuacollaboratesolutions.com
