We're part of the Customer and Partner Advocacy (CPA) organization, which protects and advances experiences with Microsoft by mitigating potential customer experience risks and resolving customer experience issues. You'll help us move towards better prediction and prevention of issues. In this Agile Program Manager role, you will work with product/feature owners and engineers primarily across two internally-facing products to define delivery plans, priority decisions, make trade-offs and will help define, prioritize, develop and release internal software and features that help others eliminate customer pain points.
Experience managing software/feature development within a Scrum Agile Framework
12+ months of experience shipping internal or external products
Exceptional communication skills
Bachelor's degree in any technical discipline
Experience working in a DevOps environment
Some experience coding in any language
Scrum Master Certification

Guide engineering teams through agile development and release cycles (including standup, planning meetings)
Plan features with the engineering team by analyzing customer needs/feedback, identifying resource requirements, adjusting scope & priorities while managing expectations & feature risks.
