Agile Product Owner, Sr.
Duties: Responsible for Program Increment planning, iteration execution, and program execution; Collaborate with agile teams to establish objectives for program increments; Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, diagrams, and other documentation to facilitate technical development; Responsible for the end-state product/property experiences. Telecommuting permitted within the United States.
Requires Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or related, plus 60 months as a Business Systems Analyst, Agile Product Owner, or related. Will also accept Master's and 3 years of experience.
Above experience must include two years of business systems analysis in the health care or health insurance industry, including: 1) analyzing health provider demographics, patient data, and population health data; 2) working with Medicare and Medicaid domains of health care systems, including health plans and claims life cycle; and 3) Scripting for RDBMS, including Oracle, MS SQL, and Snowflake.
