Agile Product Owner Senior Advisor

myCigna's Agile Product Owner Senior Advisor is responsible helping drive Cigna's customer website's portfolio and its millions of healthcare users. The Digital Product Owner helps drive wen and mobile features and product roadmaps while working with delivery teams across Cigna Digital.

Working alongside a Digital Product Manager, the Senior Digital Product Owner will support Cigna's data-driven strategy and customer first vision to deliver value for Cigna's customers, clients, and business stakeholders.

This position will collaborate with other digital leaders, product owners, content authors, designers, engineers, and scrum masters to ensure that Cigna's digital features are identified, prioritized, documented, and successfully delivered.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for articulating and translating the Product Manager's vision into high-quality features which would stitch together UX designs, user analytics, and business requirements.

• Works with user experience design experts, content authors, business leads, and research analysts to deliver best-in-class mobile experiences.

• Helps define feature-level key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Works within the scrum teams to set clear direction and expectations, articulate business requirements, and provide subject matter expertise through constant communication and collaboration with the delivery team, designers, and business stakeholders.

• Ensures that product features are accurately represented and delivered by Cigna Digital's delivery teams using typical agile methodologies, recognizing opportunities for alignment, synergy, and iteration.

• Understands the use and practicality of new and emerging digital technologies and functionalities and introduces new and relevant ideas and capabilities on a regular basis.

• In conjunction with the Product Manager, owns the team backlog and grooms and prioritizes existing work, including the decomposition of program/portfolio epics.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in Digital Product Management

• Familiarity with healthcare, the insurance industry, or another complex regulated environment is preferred

• Experience with successfully delivering critical projects using agile development frameworks (CSM/CSPO/PSM/SAFe POPM)

• Experience with UX design and capable of concept development in partnership with design teams strongly preferred.

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, as well as attention to detail.

• Experience with software development tools, such as Rally, Jira, Asana.

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
