The work will be primarily focused on helping organizations deliver major change and adopt agile ways of working to achieve strategic goals more quickly and effectively.

This role requires you to:

  • Engage clients using innovative methods to drive team collaboration and lead structured rapid idea generation and development sessions

  • Deliver quality solutions and iterate to improve them

  • Determine best techniques to co-create and innovate on client opportunities

  • Manage and coach small teams and oversee team work activities to innovate and achieve value creation

  • Effectively collaborate with peers, leadership, and clients

  • Coach clients in the benefits of Agile

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of external consulting experience or other relevant experience related to successful delivery of change management work in support of enterprise transformation or organizational change

  • Progressive Agile delivery - implementing end-to-end (full life cycle) transformation

  • 3-5 years' experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Agile Coaching

  • IT delivery and project management

  • Interested and capable of applying your Agile expertise in the wider organization in addition to the realm of the CIO.

  • Ability to innovate and challenge norms

  • Agile work style, open to iteration and flexible to change approach/direction

  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

The role will focus on initiatives to deliver analytics and data architecture design/implementation supporting the Agile Transformation journey. The role provides strategic direction and implementation in areas of data model definition, data quality, analytics and presentation of data for the Agile Transformation. The role will focus on building scalable solutions for the ongoing Data strategy delivery as the Agile Transformation data and metrics mature and grow. This includes leading data quality initiatives to ensure reports and continuous improvement measurements are complete and accurate.
