Your Impact: Lead the Fin Accounting Project Team working on tech remediation and development with Java and SQL technology stack Drive the organizational direction on solutions and architecture Implement strong communications skills while interfacing and influencing with the business lines as well as others across the enterprise Influencing, communicating, designing, and driving vision by leading technical discussions with many multi-functional teams Lead top code quality design and code reviews acting as an agent for change regarding new technologies and tools Mentor the team driving full (and accurate) adoption of modern software engineering & Delivery practices (Real Agile, TDD, ATDD, Stateless Design, Microservices, Containerization, etc.) Foster an environment for individual growth and coach to improve in delivering high quality software solutions to the company Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred 8 - 10 years of experience engineering productive solutions 4 - 5 years leading modernized development teams Languages: Java, Angular, Unix Shell scripting, node.js, SQL, Python Modern Tools: Jenkins, Cucumber, Selenium, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Bitbucket), Git, Maven, Gradle DBs:

SQL, Mongo, (Legacy DB2/Sybase for transformation efforts), Oracle, PostgreSQL Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Microservices, EKS, Junit, Tomcat Frameworks: Spring Integration, Spring Web, Spring Data Mongo DB Cloud: AWS, Azure, Google Keys to Success in this Role:

Managing the fundamentals of agile delivery Being confident in your technology skills to share innovative ideas, leading code reviews, and high level solutions for other developers Having recent and relevant full stack skills with all key modern languages so you can quickly and independently implement and understand all parts of the code Showing success mentoring and redefining technical teams to shift to modern execution model Enthusiastically collaborating and performing as an outstanding teammate Embodying spirit for innovation and ability to enjoy working in the space between “no longer” and “not yet" Current Freddie Mac employees please apply through the internal career site. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $154,000 - $230,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
