  • Agile Transformation Leadership:

  • Lead and drive the organization's Agile transformation efforts, including the adoption of Agile principles, values, and practices.

  • Collaborate with leadership to establish a clear vision and roadmap for Agile implementation and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Provide guidance and support to teams, managers, and stakeholders to help them embrace Agile values and practices.

  • Advocate for continuous improvement, innovation, and the removal of organizational barriers that impede Agile adoption.

  • Agile Coaching and Mentoring:

  • Coach and mentor individuals, teams, and executive leaders on Agile principles, methodologies, and practices

  • Guide teams in adopting and optimizing Agile frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean, based on their specific needs and context.

  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and Agile ceremonies to enhance team collaboration, transparency, and performance.

  • Support Agile teams in effectively planning, executing, and delivering high-quality products or services.

  • Process and Practices Enhancement:

  • Create and maintain documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing, consulting, and training.

  • Collaborate with teams to continuously improve Agile processes, practices, and tools.

  • Identify and implement strategies to increase team productivity, predictability, and overall performance.

  • Facilitate the adoption of Agile engineering practices, such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and automated testing.

  • Encourage the use of Agile metrics and data-driven insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Alignment:

  • Foster collaboration and effective communication among stakeholders, including business owners, product owners, and development teams.

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure shared understanding, alignment, and prioritization of Agile initiatives and deliverables.

  • Guide product owners in refining product backlogs, managing priorities, and maximizing customer value.

  • Assist in resolving conflicts and removing obstacles that hinder the team's progress and success.

  • Agile Culture and Mindset Promotion:

  • Promote an Agile culture and mindset across the organization through workshops, coaching sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

  • Encourage experimentation, learning, and the adoption of Agile values, such as transparency, inspection, and adaptation.

  • Support the establishment and nurturing of Agile communities of practice and forums for knowledge exchange.

  • KPI Definition and Tracking:

  • Collaborate with teams to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that align with Agile principles and organizational goals.

  • Develop measurement frameworks and systems to track and monitor Agile KPIs and OKRs.

  • Analyze and interpret KPI data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

  • Provide guidance to teams on using KPIs and OKRs to measure progress, drive accountability, and foster continuous improvement.

  • Regularly report on the performance of Agile initiatives, KPIs, and OKRs to stakeholders and senior management.

Successful candidates will possess the following skills/capabilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

  • Extensive experience working as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, TDD, Lean).

  • Proven track record in driving successful Agile transformations and guiding teams to adopt Agile practices effectively.

  • Excellent coaching, facilitation, and mentoring skills, with the ability to adapt to different team dynamics and organizational cultures.

  • Strong servant leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards continuous improvement.

  • Sound understanding of Agile engineering practices and the software development lifecycle.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders with varying technical expertise levels.

  • Ability to work in complex organization structures and tenaciously forge a path for delivery resulting in delivery

  • Experience in defining and tracking KPIs and OKRs in an Agile context is highly desirable.

  • Agile certifications such as Professional Agile Leadership (PALI), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPOI, PSPOII, PSMOIII), Professional Scrum Master (PSMI, PSMII, PSMIII), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are highly desirable.
