BASIC FUNCTION (Primary Purpose):
Coach digital teams and reinforce Agile processes, motivate and inspire cross-functional teams in the delivery of digital products at pace following best-in class Agile principles. Experience in coaching and implementing Agile principles, notably SCRUM methodology.
We are looking for an Agile coach to join our rapidly growing team. You will design and conduct training sessions as well as be embedded in the day-to-day life of digital teams. As an Agile coach you will provide guidance and support digital team in the delivery of digital products at pace. You will work on a large range of products.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Determine, apply and improve appropriate methodologies and toolsets for a customer's and value's culture and operating environment.
Ensure Digital Factory methodology is properly understood and used through all projects thanks to training sessions, workshops, and coaching of projects, including development best practices and customer feedback best practices.
Support the Scrum Master by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities.
Propose a tailored action plan for each team in order to continuously improve performance.
Evaluate team maturity regarding the agile practice.
Adapt methods of work, define new ways of working, develop/document new methods and playbooks.
Animate community of practices across the Digital Factory.
Qualifications and Educational requirement(s):
A minimum of 6 years of agile experience; 2-3 of these years in business technology and demonstrated experience managing a team.
Scrum methodology expertise required, multi teams and other methods (Kanban, lean, lean startup...) experience are a plus.
Desire to continue to broaden technology skills.
Previous development or project management experience in a web/software delivery capacity.
Good knowledge of development best practices (continuous integration and deployment, devops) is a plus.
Proven success working in a rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative product development environment.
Hands-on experience and previous accountability for delivery outcomes using Agile practices
A minimum of a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field of study is required.
