Benefits:

• Target pay for this role will be $18 an hour, plus up to $500 in monthly bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and assist agents in the navigation though various software systems.

• Liaise with other departments in order to ensure the policies and procedures are followed by all parties.

• Ability to provide updates and resolution to issues in a timely manner.

• Ability to address topics and problems with the big picture in mind.

• Respond promptly to agent inquiries.

• Keep records of customer interactions, transaction, comments, and complaints

• Develop and maintain relationships.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills

• Problem Solving

• Root cause analysis

• High level of comfort with MS programs, specifically Excel

• Strong work ethic

• Excellent written and oral communication

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.

• Priority management skills

• Ability to multitask.
