Job Summary

Senior Benefit Services is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to join our team! This full-time position with benefits is in person in our headquarters office in Columbia, MO. If you are a sales professional or are hardworking and coachable, please apply now!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Consult with prospects and clients on health-related products and services to provide the best solutions for their health and financial well-being

• Assist Medicare-eligible individuals in selecting insurance coverage that best meets their needs

• Aid customers in the enrollment process while answering any questions about insurance coverage

• Follow up with clients in activating health insurance benefits, find providers, and troubleshoot various problems when utilizing healthcare

Primary Skills & Requirements:

• Hardworking and enthusiastic personality

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication, this position is

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

• Ability to complete tasks individually or as a team

• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines consistently

• No prior sales experience is needed, just a willingness to learn

• Health and Life Insurance License is preferred but not required
