AAA Club Alliance is seeking an ambitious Insurance Sales Agent (P&C) to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, OH! This position is responsible for selling new insurance and membership products to new and existing clients. Properly place new business insurance policies to support Agency objectives, optimize profitability, and maintain long-term relationships with Agency Carriers. This position can also be considered for Work From Home (remote).
Total Rewards Package includes:
A competitive base hourly rate of $18.00 - $21.00/hr plus uncapped monthly commissions, incentives and bonuses, etc.
Nearly 4-weeks of Paid Time Off accrued during the first year of employment

The Ideal Candidate:
An active P&C license or the ability to obtain one prior to start date
Must be a self-starter with good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Have thorough understanding of personal lines underwriting and coverages.
Ability to work independently with only general guidance and also work closely with other associates.
Ability to interpret, analyze, and problem solve complex work situations
Requires high level of tact and integrity.
Able to set priorities and schedule daily duties.
Able to make own decisions with clear judgment.
Able to follow directions and complete duties with speed and accuracy.
Able to provide suggestions and implement changes that enhance operations.
The Primary Job Functions of this position are:
Complete sales of insurance products by qualifying applicants, following leads, soliciting business, counselling customers concerning coverage and/or policy changes, quoting insurance rates, and accurately completing new insurance applications.
Coordinate new lead distribution with management and other associates. Including all account detail. Maintain lead distribution log.
Provide comprehensive and detailed insurance reviews to members, potential new clients and existing clients. Service includes insurance coverage review, quotes, and accuracy in rating to ensure client's needs are met.
Place customers in appropriate market using company and Agency prescribed guidelines.
Execute and facilitate Insured's service requests when appropriate.
Complete training and continued education and professional development programs, as required.
Maintain current underwriting and marketing information by carrier to ensure compliance standards.
Anticipate and execute on account rounding and cross-selling opportunities. Sell new memberships and other AAA products.
Maintain current technological skills for all required systems and applications.
Provide coverage and support for all incoming phone calls.
Follow all agency E&O guidelines and requirements.
Protect and maintain account files and department records in accordance with the company and insurance carrier regulatory compliance requirements.
Performs other related duties, training and projects at management's request.
Other duties as assigned.

Successfully reach monthly & quarterly goals and sales targets by soliciting new business and building and retaining existing Agency business

Current Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license (P&C License)
Two (2) years of professional sales experience
Ability to navigate easily through multiple computer systems concurrently (i.e. Microsoft Office & Agency Management Systems such as Epic)
Actively work all leads provided, generate new business and retain current Agency business
Professional communicator with excellent listening and problem solving skills
Team player who is assertive in obtaining individual and team goals & targets
