Job Responsibilities:

• Learning about all products lines of health and life insurance and training agents with

• new and relevant changes

• Developing a communication schedule for monthly trainings and webinars

• Daily management of Insurance quoting software and its users

• Assist the Agent Services team in the on boarding of new agents and agency partners

• Communicate project status updates and analysis to heads of other departments via Asana

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with team members, agents and carriers

• Project management excellence with attention to detail

• Eagerness to learn our niche industry and effectively create content for our customer base

• Ability to work independently while staying on task

• Positive attitude, taking critique and direction well

• Must take initiative to help and resolve issues
