Position Summary:

The Agency Support Specialist role is to provide rich support and maximize results for Agency Management. Agency Support Specialist will help in providing and maintain the relationship with 3rd party outsourced agencies in regards to Latitude and AIM (Agency Interface Management) including, but not limited to system set up, maintenance, realignment, and allow for efficient use of all account placements, organizational effectiveness and performance.


The Agency Support Specialist's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Media pull

  • Zip account documents

  • Loading zip files to SFTP sites

  • Recall multiple accounts individually and in batches

  • Place multiple accounts individually and in batches

  • Research accounts that are not placing due to conditions on account

  • Validate placements and recalls

  • Gather placement and recall requirements

  • Respond to account inquiries for placed accounts

  • Create exception reporting

  • Audit accounts placed

  • Troubleshoot AIM issues

  • Assist with invoicing, researching discrepancies, and reconciliations

  • Maintain service levels

  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Work well independently as well as in a team environment

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and others)

  • Detail oriented with analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills

  • Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, resourceful and driven personality.

  • Flexible and open to change in a high volume, fast paced environment.

  • Full time schedule, Monday Friday, 8AM 5PM

Job Qualifications * 4 year college degree preferred * Strong consulting skills required * 2+ years of sales or client support experience required * Prior process and/or project management experience required * Prior business establishment, business development, distribution leadership preferred * Experience in training/coaching preferred * Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement (preferred) * Ability to develop impactful internal relationships across business functions (preferred) * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) required * Ability to attain (required): * P&C and Life and Health licenses as appropriate for the state * FINRA Series 6 and 63 (where applicable) * Overnight travel when needed The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
