Agency Development Representative

The Agency Development Representative is responsible for profitable growth, specifically by maximizing sales production and strengthening relationships with new and existing agencies. This critical role operates within the insurance organization by collaborating with team members to execute onboarding support and account penetration, enabling rapid adoption of Cinch products, increasing sales productivity, and maintaining account retention.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales and Marketing:

  • Initiate and execute outbound sales and marketing strategies to identify and connect with potential independent insurance agents.

  • Conduct thorough research to identify agents within the target market who have not yet engaged with Cinch Home Services.

Lead Generation:

  • Generate and qualify leads through effective communication, presenting the benefits of partnering with Cinch Home Services to independent insurance agents.

  • Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to establish initial contact and build relationships.

Pipeline Development:

  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the next stages of the sales cycle.

  • Implement strategies to nurture relationships and keep potential agents engaged throughout the recruitment process.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to tailor recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Reporting:

  • Provide regular reports on outreach activities, lead generation, and the effectiveness of different strategies.

  • Collaborate with the sales leadership to analyze data and continuously refine recruitment approaches.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales and marketing, preferably in the insurance or home warranty industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage potential agents effectively.

  • Strong research skills to identify and target suitable independent insurance agents.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus.

Education:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
