Agency Client Success Manager The Basics:
As an Agency Customer Success Manager, you are the primary point of contact and relationship builder for agencies who work directly with Branch clients. You are an energetic and organized self-starter and you understand the needs of marketing agency professionals. You can build and maintain relationships with the right decision-makers, and can succinctly define and communicate the specific technical benefits of Branch for agencies working with enterprise brands. You will be a key driver of growth for the company and on the front lines for evangelizing and supporting our product to marketing agency professionals.
What You'll Do:
Maintain and establish direct relationships with existing and new agency partners
Consult with our customer success manager on the largest accounts
Ensure agency partners understand Branch functions and usage
Triage inbound issues and questions from agencies
Perform regular trainings and product updates for agency partners
Evangelize Branch while networking with agency professionals
Make every Branch user happy with every interaction, regardless of deal size
Coordinate with international colleagues to support worldwide agency relationships
We're Looking for Someone With:
4+ years of experience in an agency oriented customer/client-facing role such as Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager or Sales Engineer
Comfortable having technical conversations with technical and non-technical people.
Problem solving skills around technical, product, and business questions.
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
Ability to establish and build great relationships with nontechnical and highly technical customers and industry professionals
Contribute to the success of a fast-paced and growing organization
Nice to Haves:
Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/Software company
Prior experience selling to agency clients
Prior experience providing customer service to agency clients
Experience working for a mobile tech or mobile analytics company
