The Opportunity 
The successful applicant will be trained to assist in the hatchery in various areas where needed on the afternoon shift 2PM – 10PM Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and ThursdayResponsibilities 
  • Working full rotation on transfer machines and washing incubator racks
  • Afternoon Box wash
  • Night QA
  • Afternoon Sanitation
  • Night set
  • Washing trucks
  • General cleaning of non-production areas
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Commitment to working as part of a team
  • Able to work varying & flexible hours until job complete
  • Must be able to work in a wet/humid environment
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be in good physical condition - able to lift up to 50 lb. overhead repetitively
  • Must be able to use ladders and clean at heights
  • Must be able to follow SOP’S & schedules
  • Must adhere to HACCP requirements
  • Must adhere to Animal Welfare Practices
  • Must have great interpersonal skills
