Location: Congress, Ken O Sha, Mulick, Palmer, Stocking (3:30pm-5:30pm) and Coit (4:10pm-6:10pm)

Program Dates:

October 9, 2018 thru April 11, 2019

GRPS GREA Certified - $25.60

Non-GRPS certified $18.00
2 hours per day after school (Tuesday through Thursday) plus up to 2 hours of planning time per work


Provide academic support for students attending the after school program.


  • Plan, coordinate and implement instructional lessons and materials for the after-school program.

  • Provide and deliver academic support services to after school students.

  • Serve as liaison between school day administration, faculty and staff, and after school staff.

  • Manage volunteer program assistants, as needed.

  • Create lessons that are aligned to needs of the building

  • Collaborate with after school staff on various activities, (i.e. field trips).


  • College degree and teaching certificate preferred. College course work in elementary education, Work Keys Certification, or equivalent, accepted.

  • Teaching or tutoring experience in urban setting.

  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations.
