Position: After School Programming Site Coordinators -TEMPORARY 6 positions
Function:21st Century Community Learning Center (CCLC) after school programming site coordinator to support supplemental instruction programming for K - 12th-grade students receiving academic and/or enrichment.
Associate Degree preferred and/or two years recent, successful experience working with K-12 students.
Supervisory and Project Management experiences preferred
Organizational skills and computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office
Must possess excellent written and oral skills.
Excellent skills in interpersonal communications and problem-solving.
Ability to be self-directed and prioritize with minimal supervision.
Expected to be dressed and groomed in an appropriate professional manner
Salary: $16.00 per hour
Hours: 15 hours per week (3 hours per day) on-site supervision
Conger, Mills, Pelican, and Roosevelt Anticipated Work Schedule:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays (2:30 pm 5:30 pm)
Ponderosa Anticipated Work Schedule: *Up to 3 hours
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays (2:45 pm- 5:45pm)
KUHS Anticipated Work Schedule: *Up to 3 hours
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays (3:00 pm- 6:00 pm)
Schedule: Professional development training week August 23rd September 14th (dates, times, and location TBD)
Program dates: September 17th 2018- June 4th 2019
Anticipated total of 153 instructional days
Days/times subject to change to allow for strategic flexible scheduling
Mandatory Professional Development Days (1-2 meetings a month)
Mandatory Weekly trainings/meetings (Once a week at your site)
Supervising staff and students, managing site inventory, record keeping, tracking daily attendance, staff time sheets, classroom observations/evaluations, planning parent engagement activities, liaison between regular school staff and after school staff, data collection for ODE reporting, year-end reports.
