The mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us the most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. We serve 1,330 Napa and American Canyon youth every day after school at our Napa Clubhouse, American Canyon Clubhouse, Club 1515 Teen Center, and eight additional school-based locations.

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the assigned Program Director, this position is responsible for implementing & supervising the delivery of a broad range of youth programs within a designated program location, such as Education, Leadership, Recreation, Arts & Crafts and Physical Education. Capable of independently supervising large groups, up to 20-25 youth in a recreation setting, both indoors and outdoors, with youth safety as a top priority.
