San Jacinto Valley Academy, a K-12 International Baccalaureate School, is seeking a dynamic and passionate After School Musical Theater Director to join our team and lead the creative development of musical theater productions. As the director, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and instructing after-school musical theater programs, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students' artistic expression, teamwork, and self-confidence.

• Bachelor's degree in Theater, Performing Arts, Education, or a related field AND/OR previous experience in directing or instructing musical theater productions in a school setting.

• Strong knowledge of musical theater techniques, vocal training, acting, and choreography.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Organizational skills to manage rehearsals, performances, and resources effectively. Please submit the following documents: - 3 letters of reference - a resume - a letter of introduction

Valid and appropriate California driver's license Current First Aid and CPR Card TB Clearance Drug/Substance Abuse Test Clearance upon employment Department of Justice Fingerprint Clearance upon employment Passing Score on Basic Skills Test
