Requirements / Qualifications

Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school supplemented by training and/or working with children in a learning situation. Attendance in college or having completed course work in Child/Human Development or related classes as required by regulations.

Speaking and writing in English and a designated second language as required. Must meet No Child Left Behind requirements (Associates Degree or completion of 48 college units) or take a district exam. High School Diploma and college transcripts (Attach copy of college transcripts with 48 units) In Lieu of the above we will accept the following: Proof of BA Degree (Attach copy of degree or transcripts with degree posted) THE DOCUMENTS SPECIFIED MUST BE ATTACHED IN ORDER FOR YOUR APPLICATION TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EMPLOYMENT.

This position requires a valid Degree or valid equivalency established by an accredited institution/agency within the United States. Applications that do not include a valid degree/HS Diploma will not be considered.
