After Hours Receptionist

Full-Time, 10p-7a

The evening Receptionist at our center is primarily responsible for answering and directing phone calls, monitoring resident call lights, facility security cameras and fire control panel lights, and for providing general support to the community. The ideal candidate will also interact positively and professionally with our residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years of related experience preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills.

• Self motivated, detail oriented, dependable, professional, and ability to multi-task a must.

• Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook.

• Ability to handle confidential information.

• Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment

• We are a vaccinated care facility. New hires will need to provide proof of vaccination or other acceptable documents prior to starting employment
