Requirements

As our chosen Compliance Specialist every day, you will review and approve new resident applications and assist with all compliance-related issues throughout our national portfolio.

To thrive in this role:

Three to Five years in affordable housing compliance and experience in Project Based Section 8, LIHTC, Bond and USDA Rural Development

Affordable Housing Compliance Certifications highly preferred. Assisted Housing Manager (AHM), Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and Tax Credit Specialist (TCS)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle pressure due to complexity and time sensitivity

Highly motivated and able to work independently
