Requirements

We are searching for a Community Manager to become a part of our Affordable (Tax-credit and Project Based Section 8) housing property, Aspen River Park (261 units) in Newark, NJ and we want YOU to be our leader!

To thrive in this role:

• Ensure timely re-certifications of all Tax-credit and Project-based Section 8 households
• Project-based Section 8 and tax-credit experience a MUST
• Experience with Yardi, CRM and MS Office
• Knowledge of expense management
• Knowledge of managing a team of 3 or more onsite personnel
• Ability to prioritize community expenditures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented leadership skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish would be a HUGE PLUS
