Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager with expertise in e-commerce and DTC (direct-to-consumer) markets to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in affiliate marketing, particularly within the e-commerce and DTC sectors. They will be responsible for managing and optimizing our affiliate program to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and expand our network of affiliate partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy tailored to the e-commerce and DTC markets, focusing on driving sales and customer acquisition.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with high-quality affiliate partners, including influencers, bloggers, publishers, and content creators.
• Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commission structures, and promotional offers to incentivize performance and drive partner engagement.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to affiliates, including product information, marketing assets, and promotional opportunities.
• Monitor affiliate performance, track KPIs, and analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align affiliate initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in e-commerce and DTC affiliate marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and DTC markets.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices, with a track record of driving revenue growth through affiliate channels.
• Experience working with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance metrics in the e-commerce and DTC space.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliates and key stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, affiliate tracking software, etc.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.
