Aesthetician

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team and provide exceptional skincare and beauty services to our clients. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of treatments designed to enhance the appearance and well-being of our clientele.

Your expertise in skincare, beauty techniques, and customer service will contribute to creating a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their skincare concerns, preferences, and goals. Provide customized skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced skincare procedures.

Perform facial and body hair removal services using various techniques such as waxing, threading, and sugaring. Offer expert advice on skincare products, routines, and maintenance to help clients achieve optimal results. Administer specialized treatments such as acne treatments, anti-aging procedures, and skin rejuvenation therapies.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and equipment to ensure client safety and satisfaction. Keep accurate records of client consultations, treatments performed, and product recommendations. Stay informed about the latest trends, advancements, and techniques in skincare and aesthetics through continuous education and training.

Uphold professional standards of conduct and ethics, demonstrating respect, empathy, and confidentiality in all interactions with clients. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and fostering trust and loyalty. Requirements: Valid state license as an Aesthetician.

Proven experience working as an Aesthetician in a spa, salon, or skincare clinic. In-depth knowledge of skincare principles, products, and treatments. Proficiency in performing a variety of skincare procedures and techniques.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality services. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Professional appearance and demeanor. CPR and first aid certification (preferred).
