Aerospace Systems Engineer

Actalent is a hiring a Systems Engineer for an Aerospace company located around the Englewood, CO area. This will be a hybrid work schedule. Position offers a fully benefit package.

Description:

• Requirements, V&V planning, system-level analysis, trade studies, Risk Management, entire cycle of a spacecraft development program

• Lead and coordinate Techncal Reviews

• Lead and collaborate with functional and sub-system teams on systems engineering tasks, trade studies, and seeking opportunities to increase performance

• Provide technical guidance and direction to the system and subsystem engineering teams

• Involved in full product lifecycle, ensuring late-stage issues are addressed early in development

• Support technical proposals for new business and mission opportunities

• Identify and drive design or operational problems to resolution to facilitate reliable and successful operations and reduce technical risk

Skills & Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree

• Expertise in at least one spacecraft technical area- structures, thermal, mechanical, electrical, avionics

• Systems engineering lifecycle, requirements, spacecraft

• Ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance
