Leidos has an opening for a Aerial ISR Training Development Specialist at Fort Huachuca, AZ. Candidate will need to possess a security clearance of TS/SCI prior to employment.

The select candidate will provide support for the EMARSS, Guardrail & Guardrail Mod, Guardrail Ground Baseline (GGB), Operational Ground Station(OGS), Persistent Surveillance System-Tethered (PSS-T), Starlite, Long Endurance Multi-Intelligence Vehicle (LEMV), Gray Eagle and the Tactical SIGINT Payload (TSP), ARL, training/capability development and integration of lessons learn and DTT into system/capability training material. Develop and update the STRAP, NET POI w/integrated DTT, LP, TSP, and CTL. Perform V&V of lesson plans and training material, and integrates into institutional training. Develop overhead/airborne collection techniques and tactics. Develop/implement the Intelligence Center of Excellence (ICoE) A-ISR training strategy and conducts DTT on multiple A-ISR platforms. Attend, as functional training Subject Mater Experts (SME's), NET's, IKPT, Operational Test (OT), and specific Working Groups (WG), IPR, Integrated Product Teams (IPT), Training Integrated Product Teams (TIPT), TIM and PAT. Coordinate with PM, TCM, USAACE, INSCOM in support of all AEB units/assets. Provide training instruction and develops the DTT as part of New Equipment Training Team (NETT) in support of fielded units and develops and maintains training /capability documentation within TDC and SWT databases.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent amount of experience in lieu of degree required.

  • Must have 2 years of operational experience with the components within the Prophet Family of Systems.

  • Bachelor's is strongly desired.

  • Must possess at least 2 years of operational experience with GEOINT MOS 35G.

  • Possess operational experience with EMARSS, GRCS, ARL modernization, PSST and other airborne intelligence platforms. (Task Force Odin experience is preferred, may substitute).

  • Must be a graduate of the graduate of the Common Faculty Development Program-Instructor Course (CFDP-IC) formally the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or a DOD/Service equivalent.

  • Must have a working knowledge of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) Process or equivalent experience.

  • If required have the ability to obtain Annex P approvals.

  • Prefer flight line maintenance procedures and experience.

  • Prefer aerial/overhead payload operations experience.

QUALIFICATIONS (Dispatcher): * High School graduate or G.E.D. * Must be able to read, write and speak English proficiently. * Must be able to follow written and/or verbal instructions. * Must have a minimum of five years experience in transportation, dispatch experience preferred. * Must have experience in planning and coordinating the work of others. * Must demonstrate the ability to coordinate and collaborate with parents, staff, and students. * Must have the ability to maintain good customer relations. * Must be knowledgeable in road and safety requirements of school bus operations. * Must have knowledge of policies and procedures pertaining to automobile accidents and employees suspected to be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. * Must be able to obtain (within 6 months of employment) and maintain a valid Class B Arizona State Commercial Drivers License, a valid Arizona State Bus Driver Certification, American Red Cross First Aid Certification and CPR Certification. * Must have knowledge of safe driving practices as established by the Department of Public Safety, provisions of the Arizona Motor Vehicle Code, A.S.R.S. Title 28, State of Arizona Minimum Standards for School Bus Operations, local geography of the area, and District Emergency Procedures. * Must be able to operate all types of District vehicles on any District bus route. JOB DESCRIPTION: EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Bus Driver): (Including, but not limited to the following) * Performs routine tasks to operate a multi-passenger school bus, exercising good judgment over designated routes in accordance with time schedules, picking up and discharging students, stopping traffic, when necessary. * Assists students and other passengers for the purpose of providing safe ingress and egress from vehicle including both emergency situations (including bus evacuations) and normal transport. * Transports student and teachers on field trips, (as needed) traveling to various locations 100 to 400 miles round trip (possibly requiring overnight lodging), choosing the best route and meeting time schedules for departure, and arrival. * Maintains order among students on the vehicle in accordance with established procedures ensuring safety of passengers at all time. * Follows District Policies regarding maintaining order, discipline of students and contact with Area Supervisor, other District staff and/or parents. * Attends meetings, trainings, etc. for the purpose of maintaining skills and meeting requirements of school bus certificate. * Cleans, services and maintains vehicle, both interior and exterior for the purpose of maintaining appearance, sanitation and safety of vehicle in accordance with District Policies, taking corrective action on deficiencies found, reporting those that are beyond driver's ability to correct. * Maintains assigned vehicle with approved fuel, oil, coolant, etc. for the purpose of maintaining vehicle in a safe operating condition. * Interacts with students, teachers and staff. * Administers first aid as required. * Completes all District required paperwork. * Transports handicapped students as required. * Communicates via two-way radio. * Job location will determine specialized responsibilities.
