The practice works with clients to analyze, formulate, design, mobilize and drive strategic transformation initiatives. We also have the unique ability to help our clients translate strategy into actionable customer experience design, technical design, transformation planning and mobilization. Our Digital practice has been at the forefront of major events that have reshaped and redefined the how clients process and distribute content, and interact with content distributors or directly with consumers.

EY offers a hybrid model of both national and local Advisory practices that deliver digital capabilities to our clients and due to growth, we are recruiting local practitioners in Miami, FL.

Your Key Responsibilities

We are looking for experienced, passionate, results-oriented product managers who are great problem solvers with deep and proven experience delivering products to market to join our team of digital professionals in our Digital practice. As a product manager, you can work with multidisciplinary feature teams, including user experience professionals and engineers, to define and roll out products and services to large global organizations as well as EY.

Skills and attributes for success

You take a customer-centric approach to product development and are an advocate for the user throughout the product development life cycle. You can break down and simplify complex processes and touch points to deliver exceptional experiences. You are a strategic thinker, can prioritize and define product road maps, manage a product backlog, make quick decisions and coordinate the team to release quality products within planned timelines.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field.

  • A minimum of five years of post-bachelor work experience (or four years with a master's degree), of which three years must be relevant work experience within industry or comparable experience working as a consultant in a professional services firm providing advisory services for product management, digital or customer experience strategy

  • Proven delivery skills, including the ability to scope and size a project, staff a team with the appropriate skill set, provide subject matter direction and guidance to a team, manage communications with the project sponsors and manage the delivery of an engagement work stream

  • Facilitate discussions with technical, design and business subject-matter resources to document requirements, establish a vision, and articulate alternatives for future state approaches across various domains and channels

  • Experience establishing a product vision, defining and managing product road maps, prioritizing and managing the backlog, and leading product launches

  • We would expect for you to "act local and be local" to related clients we serve in the local market of Miami. Occasional travel outside of this local market may be required. Successful candidates must work in excess of standard hours when necessary. Multiple-year assignments may be required at a client by either working on a single program or multiple programs over the duration of the assignment. A valid passport is required.

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Ability to participate in and drive ideation sessions, stand-ups, sprints and scrums

  • A specific domain knowledge and understand the dynamics impacting their product, such as market trends, technology and regulatory rules

  • An understanding of modern architecture, development practices and technologies, such as microservices, APIs, cloud platforms and continuous delivery

  • Familiarity with the requirements gathering and delivery of digital products via mobile apps, web, etc.

VIEW JOBS 11/16/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-14T00:00 RSM's Affordable Housing Advisory Services (AHAS) practice specializes in working with multifamily real estate developers, managers and investors who leverage various government programs (LIHTC, RD, HUD, HTC, RAD, etc.) to finance the projects being developed. This practice proactively serves clients by not only providing them with traditional assurance, tax and advisory services but also by looking for new ways of getting deals done. They are always interested in new financing alternatives and ways to maximize value to the developer. Due to the growth our AHAS practice is experiencing we are looking to add a Manager to the team who has experience in: * Preparing and/or reviewing financial projection models for 4% and 9% LIHTC transactions and applicable applications * Reviewing LOI's, partnership agreements and other documents related to LIHTC transactions * Assisting clients with the Due Diligence Process, purchase price allocations, closing statements, etc. * Reviewing monthly development cost requisitions * Preparing lease-up, cost certification, source and use statement, stabilization calculations and other reports and projections * Assisting clients and internal teams with 10% Tests, Cost Certifications and other procedures required during development * Assisting internal teams with coordination of projects in development to operating for first year audits * Research and analysis of development cost, operating expense data and other development and operational information for use with underwriting * Maintaining database of properties and ownership entities for use with underwriting, owner reports, etc. * Assisting clients with maintaining Schedules of Real Estate Owned (REO) and Contingent Liability Schedules * Prepare and analyze Portfolio level reports * Preparing and/or reviewing exist strategy financial analysis * Assisting with strategic process improvement, financial modeling and other miscellaneous projects for Federal Agency clients * Preparing financial modeling on an ad-hoc basis * Maintaining current operating knowledge of various federal and state programs utilized in development affordable housing Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in real estate, accounting, finance, business, economics, or related area * 5 – 7 years of professional experience in real estate underwriting, asset management, financial analysis or development * Familiarity with affordable housing and low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) program strongly preferred, but not a must * Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access * Ability to travel as needed or requested Preferred Qualifications * Cultivate and maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with colleagues and clients * Team player * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Demonstrated industry knowledge and business acumen * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple real estate projects You want your next step to be the right one.
