What you'll do

RobustWealth is looking for Advisor Services Specialist to join our growing company! You will be a dynamic and integral part of our Client Success team, leading advisors down the path to success with RobustWealth, through the onboarding process and beyond. The Advisor Services Specialist will provide critical support helping to answer client questions, concerns, product related issues and improving the overall value of our customer relationships.

At RobustWealth, you will get to:

  • Understand the complexity of the product offerings and stay up to date on new features, platform enhancements and deployment of system releases

  • Proactively cultivate relationships and provide continued support to advisor clients to identify opportunities to Increase advisor adoption and usage of the RobustWealth platform, enabling them to grow their book of business

  • Provide timely follow up and on-going communication to advisors and clients that exceeds expectations and demonstrates exceptional service

  • Be an advocate to our advisor clients, formulating suggestions and enhancements from key platform users

  • Manage incoming service requests, recording, tracking, and documenting the actions taken through to final resolution, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes

  • Effectively communicate with advisor clients and account custodians to research and resolve operational inquiries, respond to daily custodial alerts and follow up on procedural resolution

  • Prepare and submit custodian documentation related to client onboarding including, account applications and ACAT transfer requests, ensuring timely and accurate opening of new accounts and completion of account transfers

  • Monitor pending distribution requests to ensure that cash requirements are met

  • Ensure operational processes are documented and current, while identifying opportunities to make servicing customer requests more efficient and scalable

Qualifications

Technical requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

  • 2+ years of back-office operations or client service experience

  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite

  • Knowledge of Financial Services industry regulations and rules

  • Willingness to take securities exam

Soft skill requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently or within a group setting

  • Excellent team player

  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and written and verbal communication skills
