Advisor, Quality Assurance is a key contributor to overall NLP and Vision project success for the Intelligent Platform. You will be performing analysis and translating business needs to create high-quality testcases, articulated in a program backlog as Epics, Features and Stories, within specified time frames to solve complex problems.
This will include working with other systems across multiple business units and considering all impacted components from an end-to-end perspective. QA analyst must be comfortable collaborating with partners outside of IT and with business leaders as required.
The Quality Assurance Analyst will work in an scrum team environment, in close collaboration with business, product owners, architecture, RTE and other IT partners. You will also participate in daily scrum calls with project SMEs, testers, and developers to understand upcoming critical milestones and ensure there are no blocking issues preventing their completion, and raise risks/issues to the Program Manager as appropriate.
You will ensures end-to-end testing are complete, by participating and overseeing unit and integrated testing, to support high-quality code development and the absence of defects prior to code promotion.
5+ years of QA Analyst experience
Demonstrated strong presentation skills at all levels including senior management
Proven communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Experience working testing NLP using Watson Discovery
Bachelor's degree in a Business or IT field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
